Yes. You have 30 days to return unused items in their original packaging. Just e-mail us at info@petzrella.com beforehand and we will guide you through the next steps.
What if the size doesn't fit?
Each product page lists its sizes. Measure your pet before you order and compare. If it still doesn't fit, you can return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days.
Who pays for return shipping?
You cover the return postage. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we pay for the return. All details are in our return policy.
How do I get 15% off?
No code needed. Once your full-price items add up to €120 or more, 15% is deducted automatically at checkout. It cannot be combined with other discounts or bundle savings and does not apply to items that are already reduced.
