We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns are only accepted after prior approval from our support team.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions or applicable consumer protection laws.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
